Crew Management

Aegiscrew (AMI) crewing operations will focus on rotation planning where a pool of officers and ratings will be created for their ship specifically or in conjunction with a group of other similar vessels under the (Principals) Fleet. This means that owners will mostly get the same group of officers and ratings returning to their ship.

At a very short notice, following the legal process, AMI is in the position to assign qualified, competent and well experienced crew and officers for particular types of vessels under owner’s request.

Technical Management

Allocation of Technical/ Marine Superintendent to the vessel who will be responsible for the technical, economical and safe operation of the vessel with necessary back-up.

Superintendents shall visit the vessel at least once in two months interval or as required and ensure that vessels are fully classified and certificated.

Cadetship Program

AEGISCREW MANNING INC. Cadetship program is built for the newly marine, engineer, electrician and steward graduates with no experience. It is thoroughly designed to offer a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience to young individuals who aspire to pursue a career in the maritime industry. With a keen focus on skill development, theoretical knowledge, practical application and behavioral foundation, our program aims to shape well-rounded individuals capable of navigating the challenges of the maritime sector with confidence and proficiency. Our Cadets will undergo a 12-month on-board training program (depending on the types of commercial vessel).

Introducing our esteemed cadetship training program to you, embarking on a maritime journey requires more than just theoretical knowledge. Our Cadetship Program goes beyond conventional training practices by incorporating hands-on safety training under Aegiscrew Manning Inc management. As we continually strive to nurture and develop the next generation of maritime professionals, we believe that our program could provide valuable opportunities for the aspiring talented cadets within your company.

In line with our company’s academic criteria, prospective Officers / Cadets and cook trainees are recruited to join our programs from one of our partner maritime universities or colleges. We also regularly run open exams in various locations throughout the Philippines, where all other candidates who meet the company’s requirements can apply for consideration.

In addition, we also provide ongoing training and apprenticeship program for skilled welder to become ship Fitter.
